REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS ON TICKETS SALES

All ticket sales are final. Only exception being an entire cancellation of an event if it isn't moveable. Refunds come in the form of credit towards another show.

NO REFUNDS ON MERCH SALES

All merchandise sales are final. Only exception being an incorrectly delivered product (a product different than what was originally ordered).

HOW TO REQUEST REFUND

If a refund falls within our policy, please email Team@Frisson4d.com with "REFUND" in the title, your order number in the description/body as well as the issue you are experiencing. Our staff will reach back within 3 business days.
